Class Schedule




Our CrossFit classes are constantly varied and focus on movements that will translate into your everyday life. We incorporate olympic and power lifting, cardio, and gymnastics. Workouts can be modified in intensity, weight, and mechanics.



LeanFit is incorporates barbell strength training, dumbells, and cardio. It’s a great intro to CrossFit-like training. Whatever fitness level you’re at now, our coaches will help you tailor the workout to meet your needs. If you’re looking for a fun, supportive community, and the accountability to meet your goals, you’re in the right place!



TeenFit is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes ranging from ages 13-18. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness. We use a variety of movements and all workouts are modifiable to any level.



Our high-intensity Endurance classes incorporate rowers, bikes, ski ergs, and running (among other things) programmed in a variety of ways to get your heart rate pumping and challenge the limits of your fitness.
