Complex Conditioning with Istvan Javorek – Learn from a master coach! Coach Javorek will challenge you with barbells and dumbbells. Plus, lots of abdominal work!! You’ll work hard, but love it!
LeanFit – Functional training with a focus on lighter weights, more cardiovascular exercise, core work, and nutritional support. LeanFit will get you Lean and Fit
Explosive Endurance – Aerobic training mixed with strength and power exercises to maximize your endurance. Looking to get better at 5K’s, 10K’s and/or triathlons? Then this class is for you.
